Our Team
How our team works.
We define ourselves as a high-output production engine guided by strategic business logic. We aren’t a collection of “artists” waiting for inspiration; we are a disciplined squad of specialists built for fulfillment.
01.
Creative in Output, Industrial in Process
While the final product—the story brought to light—is creative, the way we build it is industrial. We use standardized “Production Squads” and a “Follow-the-Sun” global workflow. This allows us to deliver high-end aesthetics with the predictability of a supply chain.
- Our clients get the “beauty” of a boutique studio with the “reliability” of a large-scale manufacturer.
02.
Strategic ‘Translators’
Our team doesn’t just “hit record.” We act as translators between your complex internal data and your external audience. We have the strategic literacy to sit in a boardroom or with executives, understand their KPIs, and then translate those objectives into a visual asset.
- You don’t have to “babysit” the creatives; we already speak the language of your business.
03.
The "Third-Party Extension" Squads
We are an Integrated Workforce. Our team is trained to be “invisible” high-performers. We don’t come in to disrupt your culture; we come in to augment your capacity. We are the creative department you didn’t have to hire, train, or provide benefits for.
- Total operational flexibility. We scale up when you have a launch and scale down when you don’t.
04.
Global-Standard Specialists
Through Lucca Creatives Global, our team is a blend of local talent and international standards. We leverage the cost-efficiency of our Philippine production hub with the high-pressure service standards of the US market.
- A team that is elite enough for the global stage but grounded enough to remain a cost-effective creative agency partner.
"Lucca is a Production-Strategic Hybrid.
We combine the technical precision of a high-end film studio with the strategic mindset of a consultancy. We don't just make things look good; we make them work for your business."

Our Process
The Lucca team structure is designed to solve the two biggest complaints clients have about creative agencies: high costs and unpredictability. By moving away from the “freelancer” or “big agency” models, we provide a stable, industrial-grade alternative.
Here is how our specific structure directly benefits your bottom line and operational peace of mind:
1. Scalability Without the Overhead
Traditional agencies bake their massive office rents and executive salaries into your project fee. In-house teams require benefits, equipment, and full-time management.
- Lucca offers a “Third-Party Extension” model. You get a full-scale production squad—cinematographers, editors, and strategists—only when you need them.
- You save on fixed HR and infrastructure costs while maintaining the ability to execute high-stakes projects at a moment’s notice.
2. The "Follow-the-Sun" Speed Advantage
Most studios stop working when the sun goes down. Because we operate as Lucca Creatives Global, our work across the US and the Philippines creates a 24-hour production cycle.
- While a US client is finishing their business day, our Philippine-based editing and fulfillment squads are just starting theirs.
- Project turnarounds that feel “overnight.” We effectively double the speed of traditional linear production schedules.
3. Institutional Continuity (The "Brand Memory")
When you hire different freelancers for different projects, your brand look “drifts” and becomes inconsistent.
- Our Structured Squad model means the same core team handles your account over the long term. We act as the “guardians” of your visual standards.
- Total narrative consistency. Whether it is a corporate report or a campaign in 2026, the quality and “voice” remain identical.
4. Strategy-to-Execution Alignment
Usually, there is a gap between the “strategist” who has the idea and the “videographer” who films it. Things get lost in translation.
- We are a Production-Strategic Hybrid. Our producers sit in the strategy meetings and the editing suites.
- No “creative friction.” The final video actually does what the business objective required it to do, whether that’s informing stakeholders or driving retail sales.
5. Radical
Predictability
Creative projects are notorious for “going off the rails” or “going over budget.”
- Our Process-Driven Pipeline removes the guesswork. We follow a strict milestone system (Alignment > Blueprint > Execution > Fulfillment).
- You can report to your board or your CEO with total confidence. You know exactly when the “light” will be brought to your story and exactly what it will cost.
OUR CORE VALUES
We define ourselves as a high-output production engine guided by strategic business logic. We aren’t a collection of “artists” waiting for inspiration; we are a disciplined squad of specialists built for fulfillment.
SPOTLIGHT BELONGS TO YOU
We believe that the highest form of creative service is to remain invisible while making our clients shine. We do not compete for the spotlight; we exist to ensure it is focused exactly where it belongs—on our partners.
- We prioritize the client’s brand standards over our own “artistic style.” We are comfortable as a white-label partner for giants.
ON TIME AND ON SPEC
In an industry of excuses, Lucca is a house of results. We take full ownership of the technical and operational outcome of every project. If we say it will be brought to light, it will be delivered—on time and on spec.
- We don’t blame “creative blocks” or technical glitches. We build redundant systems and “Squad-based” workflows to ensure our clients never face a delay.
''FOLLOW-THE-SUN''
We understand that our creative output is a gear in a much larger business machine. We respect the “Hard Deadline” because we respect the professional pressure our clients face from their own stakeholders.
- We align our production schedules with the client’s business cycles. We use our “Follow-the-Sun” model to provide 24-hour fulfillment for global partners.
ALIGNED WITH KPIS
We believe that aesthetics without purpose is a waste of resources. We have the integrity to prioritize a client’s business objectives over “cool” but unnecessary creative flair.
- Before we film, we align with the KPIs. Every frame must serve a strategic goal.
plug-and-play extension
We don’t want to be “just another vendor.” We strive to be a plug-and-play extension of our clients’ internal teams. We value long-term partnership over one-off transactions.
We learn the internal culture and technical language of our clients. We act as the “internal production department” they didn’t have to build themselves, providing total continuity of service.
